Chris and his team were very knowledgeable and gave the best price. They took the time to explain everything and even covered up my plants to protect them. They found some rot in my roof, photographed it and replaced the plywood at no cost. My roof looks great! They cleaned up everything and even took away some junk at no cost! Yesterday I had my garburator replaced by a gentleman named Tien. I’ve never used Clearly Plumbing in the past but based on the exceptional experience I had with Tien, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Clearly again or recommend your business to others. Tien was very professional and took the time to explain the pros and cons of either attempting a repair of the existing unit or simply replacing it. He also was diligent in the post testing which resulted in the discovery of a drip. However, he took the time to ensure the job was done correctly the first time. He was also very personable and I think any business would be fortunate to have him represent their brand.
