This dealership is simply second to none in Ottawa. Grant Schubert is likely the best salesperson we've ever dealt with. Thus this is the 3rd purchase/lease in a row that we've completed with Grant. While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress. Other aspects were positive enough too that I would not hesitate to recommend or re-visit them next car shopping time.
