We had a spring break on one of our shop doors at the farm, The guys from Canadoor came out within the hour, fixed the door temporarily so we could use it until the custom spring was ready. The next day they came to install the new spring. The door has never run better! I was very happy with the entire experience. They really are professionals.

He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Installers Steve and Borin arrived on time, and with smiles to install 6 windows at our home. What a great job! Not a rush job, just a great thorough job. Kept us informed at every step. Both techs were highly skilled and completed a quality installation both inside and out. We will be requesting Steve and Borin when we have additional work done next spring.
