Oh my gosh is all I can say. What a beautiful experience this was right from the telephone conversations…to walking into their showroom and meeting Theresa … to having the screens installed on our French doors … that enter on to our patio … and what a beautiful job done by Glen!!!! and the screens fit perfectly and we love them ….we were so fortunate they had just what we wanted in stock and as luck would have it all was bought and installed within 5 days. I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). Excellent service!
