I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful
Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

Last fall on very short notice I called Rob and the crew to do a repair on my main revenue trailer. I dropped the trailer off after work that afternoon and picked it up first thing the next morning. The work was exceptional and I believe he put three guys on it to make sure this would happen. The work was done well and quickly and his quote was bang on what more can you ask. I was in the other day to buy some Dr Beckmann colour and dirt collectors. It is a product that protects your laundry from dyes leaching onto other clothes. They are the only place that carry a product like this. While I was there I was impressed to see they carry honey from a local producer and spaghetti sauce from a local restaurant

New to Enderby. Staff and pharmacist are very friendly. Store is clean and follow COVID-19 protocol. The prices are fair and competitive. They have a nice selection of gifts too that are fairly priced for a small town. Intend on doing some Xmas shopping there.

For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!

Absolutely the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable people Ive ever had the pleasure to visit. Ive been treated so well, Ill never go anywhere else. They have free delivery and came all the way to my house, which isnt close by. They were kind enough to sit me down and show me how to work my new blood tester, as well as explain dietary advice and how my prescriptions work. Just so precious, all of them.

From Start to Finish I received better then BEST SERVICE - from help in selection to installation, everything went like clockwork. Installer was right on time, completed early and installed floor as tho he was installing in his own home. Clean up was just as good. Thank you Brendan for all the help and GREAT SERVICE. If you want good product and Service, Kelowna End of the Role is where you should go!
