Everybody in the company are polite and maintain good work etiquette at the office. They are known for Very good cars, reasonable price and friendly customer service. To mention Mr. Rahul in particular is very polite and have good customer service skills.

Loved the 2020 Mercedes C300 AMG I rented from here after I was hit in my 2018 C300. The office staff were very knowledgeable with everything and walked me through the whole process with a breeze. When my relatively new (3 years old) Sears snowblower died, and Sears refused to help me, I asked Pat's if they could take a look at it. After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. Great work, and very friendly people to deal with. Thanks Don.

When I was travelling to Toronto, a friend recommended me to try staying at a furnished apartment instead of a hotel, and it was worth every penny. My room came with fully equipped kitchen utensils and a comfortable layout that reminded me of home. If you are in the Toronto area you should absolutely give this a shot.

Absolutely love the staff at Estrada Car Rentals. They were very friendly and helped me with my car rental and even let me try a couple vehicles to see which one I was comfortable in before taking it home. I would recommend the Estrada Car Rentals in Richmond Hill to anyone.

We needed some tables and chairs for an outdoor party and this was the most cost effective spot in the area! The staff at the store and on the phone weren't the most friendly but they got the job done. The delivery and pick-up were right on time and they even let us use the tables for a few extra days because they don't pick up on Sundays - this was a true added bonus!! Thanks so much for the speedy pick-up and delivery. It was appreciated!
