Absolutely recommend this shop for any vehicle services. I have tried it a few times already myself and with two different vehicles. The service is outstanding, and the results were very satisfying. Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. I have been taking our car to Koops since we bought it, and they have been nothing short of great to work with. They have mechanics that know their stuff, and give good honest advice to ensure that the work that needs to be done on the car is what is done. I would recommend Koops to anyone.
