The service Brentwood provided on our wedding day was way above any expectations I had. From the moment the limo pulled up and I noticed your very generous upgrade, to the outstanding service provided by Mark it could not have went better. Unfortunately it poured rain on our special day and Brentwood was at my side with an umbrella all day. Mark, our driver also did the last minute fluffing of my dress to make sure it was perfect before I walked down the aisle. Thank you again from Dan and I, it was a day we will never forget, and a service we will tell all of our friends about!

My sister and brother-in-law visited us from Holland - so it was my absolute intention to bring them here. My husband and I visit every couple of months and we love it. The food is fabulous and the service second to none. Bread, water and wine replaced when needed and you're made to feel very confortable. My sister and her husband said it was the best meal they had ever had - looking forward to our next visit :)

We decided to make both red and white wine at the Silver Vine. Derek was very helpful and suggested a couple of different options. The red is still a bit young but the white turned out to be very nice. Highly recommended.

The CremationCare Centre looked after the simple cremation service we had for our grandmother. They were professional and caring. We didn't want a fancy funeral service, my grandmother wanted a simple cremation. The price was inexpensive in comparison. They arranged for the documentation and the cremation and provided us with the paperwork needed to settle her estate. I would recommend them to any family who is looking for this type of service.

First time visit to Muir's - great find in the local area!! Food is well priced and simple but good. Nothing fancy but if you are looking for a good place to stop for lunch/dinner and are in the area, it's worth a visit. We are locals and are pleased to find something close where we can get a decent quick meal. Continued success!!

Waterman has been delivering poll water to me for a few years now and when my well went dry a couple of years ago they were only a phone call away. Fast efficient knowledgeable and friendly at a fair price. I highly recommend.

wow! this was amazing!! i so enjoyed the crunchy batter, the handcut fries, the creamy gravey and the fluffy dressing! its even family owned! i got lots of smiles and friendly service and while i was waiting for my fresh fish, i browsed thier wide selection of newfoundland wholesale. it is a small store but less is more!! i would recomend this to anyone with a taste for fish!!

This place has the best bang for your dollar. The service is great the food is good. My wife, daughter and I all ate there the other night and had great meals . My daughter and I started with Cheddar and Ale soup ( Very Good) the wife shared ours. My daughter and I had the fish and chips while my wife settled on liver and onions. The fish and chips are fantastic even for someone who is not a big fish eater like my daughter. I had the double order of fish which I could barely eat it was so big. My wife loved the liver and onions, (liver onions is something that has to be cooked just right or it can go seriously wrong) The waitress was great. I would definitely recommend this place to eat

I have been to Bombay on the Lake a couple of times and I highly recommend it. Everything we have ordered there has been delicious and an excellent value. It's great to have a place that will actually serve a Vindaloo hot.
The atmosphere is typical for an Indian restaurant, but that's really how I like it. Nice and low key and comfortable, with a nice area up front by the windows.

I try to go to The Longest Yard once every week., and I have been since shortly after it opened. The staff and management are friendly and welcoming and the food is decently priced for the portion/quality you get.
It's a 5 minute walk from Islington subway station so if you're planning on drinking, it definitely saves money on cab fare. If you drive, there's quite a bit of parking on Bloor and on Eagle (side street).
They have one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, and the beef is organic. They have other options as well, though the menu isn't fully organic. Every day, they have specials for dinner. Fish and Chips tend to be a special on Friday and Sunday night, and it's really good.
The added bonus for me is that I'm a Baseball fan and The Longest Yard is the only place I go to where even if there's playoff Hockey and Basketball on, at least one TV will have Baseball and I won't be told "Sorry, nobody wants to watch Baseball."
It caters to the family as well as the Sports fans. I was there for the Superbowl and for the Olympic Gold Hockey match. It's not the type of place where people go to get completely drunk, loud, and obnoxious though people are drinking. They also have contests during big events where you can win prizes and even cash!
So two thumbs way up!
