I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.

Karen made me a perfect new denture to replace the horrific one I had made in St. Albert., 8 months previously.
That denture had me traveling back and forth for 8 months for adjustments monthly and sometimes more! It was was I was ashamed to smile.
My new one from Westlock Dental Care fits perfectly! Looks beautiful and gave me back my old smile and self confidence! It was perfect as soon as it went into my mouth. I am thrilled with my new denture.

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
