Awesome efficient service. We had a label to ship an item back to the manufacterer. We had packaged it and drove an hour and a half to drop it off. The service people were very friendly and super fast at getting our parcel on it's way.

can only say a dream came true. I have been wanting a wall bed for approx. 40 years. Now can only say I wish I could have a big home with all wall beds in it. The service is 100% and the people are 100%. Sounds like I am related but I am not. Just a customer who found the right people for the job.

I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!

I have finished EXTENSIVE dental work - worse is I have a dental phobia and severe anxiety. I have found the dentist is excellent and was very patient with me when I had many issues. He worked with me all the way and gave me good advice.

We were introduced to Stony Plain Eye Centre during a field trip to their office by my kids' playschool, and have been patients ever since! Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great with kids! They even have a "kids day" in the summer where the kids can enter draws and win prizes! Highly recommended!
