A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.

My kitchen drain was plugged for months , a plumber would come in and just do Mickey Mouse work and leave with a big bill and still the problem would not be resolved. I called starline these guys they fixed it within 20 minutes and charged me fair amount . I would recommend.

Replace toner cartridge on Canon monochrome multi function printer that was leaving black streaks, HP Cyan cartridge leaving red streaks on color printer, replaced cyan cartridge at 1/2 price as still have 2/3 left and black toner cartridge on HP color printer, each tonner cartridge $54.00 another Cannon Multi function printer required toner cartridge and print head. Paid $140 for exchange monochrome Cannon multi function printer with refilled cartridge.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at The Sutton Place and had a fabulous dinner at the Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar! The attention to detail and service were outstanding! I called Summers Plumbing & Heating after finding that water was leaking into the suite via the pipes in the wall. Yikes. I was so happy with this company. I can't say it enough. Thank you to Jeremy's wife for the thorough explanation and kindness. And thank you to Jeremy for coming the same day! Yes the same day! And the cost was so much less than I had anticipated. I am a very happy and grateful customer. I highly recommend them. I have finally found a great plumber. Thanks again.

I just left my second meeting with Vinnie from Clearly Plumbing in Vancouver. Even though it has turned out that the project is not possible, Vinnie and his partner Roger were willing to share their experience and expertise by offering other possible solutions. This type of customer service has to be noted. I will definitely think of Clearly Plumbing in the future!

I had great & friendly service. My deadbolt tumbler was "frozen" so I removed it & went to the shop. He fixed it and didn't charge me & gave me free advice on how to care for the deadbolt. Re:In the defense of Tidey Lock in previous comment posted re:charge out fees. I have found those fees normal for ALL locksmiths. When called out, they have top bring tools & the truck containing the tools. Distance doesn't matter from my experiences, as a landlord who used many companies in the past.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.
