Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service.
