I have been a customer for as long as I can remember,perhaps since 1975. I actually straight for about a year when I purchased a used Pontiac and had more trips to Service than I had with Honda combined --needless to say, I brought that (low milege) Pontiac and traded in for another HONDA. Have not regreted ever!

I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision.
