Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. After seeing the positive changes I just bought a Q50 through them and I could not be happier with the service. They searched to find the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape inside and out for me including getting it tinted and ceramicpro coated so I didnt have to worry about it after and my car will stay looking amazing for years!

Very friendly staff. Explains very well in detail about the vehicle. They don’t pressure you. The only downfall was. It took me almost 5 hours. But overall the service was amazing.

I purchased my scion frs from Nancy . I couldn't have asked for better assistance. She made sure that I got everything that I wanted and was a huge help in my decision to purchase my car. She listened to everything I had to say and went over and beyond for me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. She did not pressure me in any way, and was such a pleasure to work with. I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

I went there for service after long time on Dec 9th. I got a good service advice, and their technician has good knowledge. They fixed my Kia spectra 2007 model car with reasonable price. I think, now I can go there for service regularly.

Nato Figliano the sales rep and Alex Semenchenko General Sales Manager were very helpful during our visit to the Prima Mazda in Woodbridge. We felt relaxed and test drove the 2014 Mazda3 and then we nagiated a deal and completed all paper work in an very relaxed atmosphere. The dealership was very clean and the front desk girl welcome us with drinks and popcorn. Thanks you very much in answering all our questions. We will recommend this Mazda delearship for all to use.

Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!
