We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since.

A Pet Nanny Plus is an incredible service, and I highly recommend them for both dog and cat owners. Our nanny, Kristen, visited both our pups daily and left detailed notes. She was honest with each note she left, letting us know of any behaviour or medical issues if they arose. She was caring, kind, and patient with our rescue dog Tux, and gave our Fran lots of love and attention as well. We are moving, and I will greatly miss their professionalism and services. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Pinetree Pet Care Centre's services are very convenient. Though we were in China, we were able to communicate with the staff and set up boarding for our grandfather’s dog. They have flexible stay time, kept us thoroughly informed, transported the dog, and updated his vaccinations with a local vet.
