It pleases me to be able to praise the fine people at Club Bekkers.
I have used their services a few times over the last several years and have been pleased with the facility and care provided to my pets.Over the last year my job has changed significantly and I have been required to travel more and often have to leave on short notice. I was comforted in accepting this change knowing that Club Bekkers is always able and willing to accomodate our needs. I know that my guys are well taken care of and have a safe, healthy environment to enjoy. The facility is large and clean and my experience has always been positive. You need only be there for a few minutes to know Bekkers has a great affection for our furry friends.

Wonderful place to take your dog for boarding or day care. My dog always has a great time at day care, and I love that they respect her skittish nature around lots of big dogs and keep her with the smaller ones. She's always eager to go in and when I pick her up she's happy to see me but also will pop back into the little dog area as if to let her pals know she'll be back. Love love love this place.

I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

I love taking Daena, our K9 companion, to K9 Central! As soon as we turn on their street and she realizes that she will be going there, she is excited! She is always well looked after and she treated well. On occasion we have had her kennelled, followed by a bath, brushing and nails and those services are wonderful as well. (Daena still likes going, even if they did, do her nails!) the staff is friendly and care about your precious pet.

Anyone who really cares and worries about leaving their pets behind when they go on holiday, have no fear. Janette and Roy will exceed your expectations for the care and love they share with your valued family member(your pet). We never worry as we know our little guy is in the best of hands and we can enjoy our time away with no concerns.
