I had to relocate for work, my first time ever using a moving company, with a very limited time frame and small children I was in a panic. The customer service agent Chelsea who was very helpful giving me great tips and instructions on how to best pack my things helped me every step of the way and answered all of my questions.
the movers arrived on time and were wonderful and efficient. my delivery to Alberta was on time and thier prices are very fair.
would defintely reccommend them to anyone.

I think this is the nicest moving company. First of all, the sales people are very kind, helpful and patient :) I asked more than 20 questions and they helped me at all. Then the movers; they did a great job. Wrapped, carried, loaded. They were very careful and looked very professional to me. If i need to have a further move, i will contact with them for sure.

Thank you to the amazing staff at Canadian National Vanlines , I moved my elderly mother from Toronto to be closer to her family in Ottawa, our time restrictions made planning this move very difficult, but Hanna and the other girl (not sure of her name) worked it out for me. I was so worried about stressing out my 93 mother, the crew was so patient with her and myself, I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with and Mark and Sammy made this the easiest move I could’ve asked for.
