I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. Do call him!

I always rent from this location for business and leisure and Sohaib makes it easy for me from start to finish. We had excellent service here from the manager, Mr. Hong. They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot! Will definitely be returning in the future for our vehicular needs. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative, but from my experience you won't regret renting here!

I can't even begin to tell you how great my experience was. After my first accident they made it so easy, they offered to bring the rental car to me, they contacted my insurance company, they handled every detail, efficiently and with a smile. Would recommend this Rental Company to anyone.

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).
